In Vietnam, this wedding event is one thing above all else: Joyful! A special moment of two families coming together (+200 other guests).

  • 10:30 AM: You and the other guests arrive at the wedding center - There we will welcome you and take a lot of pictures!
  • 11:00 AM: Time to find your seats. The ceremony is about to begin and followed by a festive lunch.
  • 1:00 PM: The celebration concludes. Time for the bride and groom to finally eat!

Ninh Bình Day Trip

Full day · boats & karst views

Boat through Tam Cốc, visit temples, and enjoy the dramatic countryside. Do it as a classic day trip, or stay overnight - Ninh Bình has many affordable, peaceful stays. If you stay overnight, from there, you can also travel directly to Tuần Châu Island for the afterparty.

Hạ Long Bay Mini Cruise

Half day · if you’re in Hạ Long

Short bay cruise or sunset boat - great if you extend your stay by the sea. You can also combine this with our afterparty: spend a night on a boat and go straight to Tuần Châu the next day, or plan it for after the celebration.

Side note: We'll be occupied with family events on the 26th and then heading to Tuần Châu Island on the 27th to prepare for the celebration. We can't wait to welcome you and celebrate together soon!

Dress code: Beach Wedding Attire (Decorations are mainly white, beige, and green - feel free to wear any color you like!)

Kindly note on footwear:
The ceremony and vows will take place directly on the grass, so comfortable flats, elegant sandals, or heels of up to 3 cm are recommended. Dinner will also be held on the grass in front of the villas, so please choose your footwear accordingly. 🏖️🌿

Important Information for the Afterparty: We are delighted to cover the one-night accommodation (October 28–29), round-trip bus transport from and back to Hanoi, and all food and drinks during the afterparty. A separate form will be sent to confirm your attendance and travel preferences.

  • 9:00 AM: Our bus from Hanoi’s ready — join everyone or make your own adventure! 😉 (Meeting point: tba)
  • 12:00 PM: Check-in at Victoria Villas - Welcome to your (hopefully fancy) dorm!
  • After Check-in = Idle time: Free time to rest, enjoy the pool or beach, and get lunch, whenever you feel like it.
  • 4:00 PM: Kicking off the event w/ Drinks, Coffee, and Snacks - Get ready for: Team Bride vs Team Groom.
  • 5:00 PM: The “I promise” part… try not to cry too much (or at least pretend).
  • 6:00 PM: Time to mingle with a lot of hugging, chatting and photos.
  • 7:00 PM: Dinner, great stories, and games to keep the laughs going.
  • 9:00 PM - 1:00 AM: Music up, shoes off, and dance like nobody’s watching!
